As a result of this it has been able to assist in the design and manufacture of a very wide range of components for customers involved in automobile and aircraft manufacture, electronic components, domestic appliances, general engineering, agriculture and pharmaceutical products. The company has also developed its own range of security products to show proof of tamper for plastic boxes and containers.
We occupy an 11,000 square foot modern factory unit situated in Banbury, Oxfordshire. This provides easy to access to motorways and all major routes to all parts of the UK, including airports and docks. Employing only selected staff ensures close teamwork and good internal communications giving greater flexibility of operation in running digital controlled injection moulding machines. Each client is given personal attention to maintain confidence that the required standard of performance is achieved in an acceptable time scale. The company has obtained a recognised quality standard and can demonstrate an ability to produce quality components with full back-up traceability.
The quality assurance standard BS.EN.ISO.9002.1994 was obtained in 1998. and upgraded to BS.EN.ISO.9001.
